What is c-a-n-i Academy CIC?
 c-a-n-i Academy C.I.C is a not-for-profit social enterprise company. The Academy’s programmes and activities serve to help children learn and grow as individuals, work well with others, make logical decisions, protect themselves when they have to and achieve their goals in life.
Our programmes aim to enrich each child's self-awareness, building a positive self-image and motivating him or her to take responsibility for his or her own future.
The Academy's programmes and activities motivate children by helping them to understand themselves and their potential in life and include specific techniques to set goals, solve problems and deal with others.
What does the Academy do?
 The Academy has a strong emphasis on creating an enterprise mindset in the children focusing on areas such as responsibility, choices & consequences, effective communication, money skills, spending & budgeting, work/career skills and health & well-being.
The Academy's programmes and activities have a strong focus on positive role models for the children.
Youth Luncheons
 Our Youth Luncheons aim to raise aspirations, expose the young people to the world of enterprise and to enhance their social etiquette. The Luncheon brings together various speakers and individuals from all walks of life that have one thing in common - they are all successful adults. Role models who motivate and inspire the children to strive for success.
Our Youth Luncheons attract business owners, professionals, executives and decision makers from the FSTE 100 and other large companies as attending role models on the day.
 The young people mix and socialise with celebrities and successful people. Role models who talk about their life and career and how they achieved their goals.
Through questioning, the young people will be able to draw out the values that were important to that person's success - such as; aiming high, setting goals, working hard, listening to your parents, doing your homework etc.
 We have two Youth Luncheons at present - The Inspirational Youth Luncheon held during Enterprise week and The Woodson Barrow Youth Luncheon held during the month of October.
They are truly moving events encompasses a three course meal, entertainment and motivational speeches. The event always leave all present, inspired and motivated to achieve their full potential in life.
